The gîte of Domaine de Savigny is over 80m² and is completely private on the property. Everything is available for a successful vacation for 2 (max 3 persons)! The cottage consists of a spacious kitchen with large fireplace, a living room with wood stove, a hall, a spacious bathroom and a large bedroom. In the cottage, the countertop in the kitchen and the sink in the bathroom are installed at a pleasant working height. The cottage is entirely on the ground floor, so even if you have difficulty walking, you can easily move around.
In the bedroom of the cottage there are two comfortable box-spring beds, made up as a double bed and there is a large sofa bed for a possible third guest. Garden furniture, parasol, washing machine, oven and combination microwave are provided. As well as bed linen, kitchen towels and hand towels. Domaine de Savigny has a crib, which can be added for a small fee.
The bathroom of the cottage has a lovely spacious shower, a sink and a toilet. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and a lovely easy chair around the wooden coffee table. WIFI is available. This is a nice place to sit by the wood stove. The country kitchen, with its large authentic fireplace, offers everything you need to try out your own Burgundian cooking skills. The cottage has a beautiful walled courtyard with its own sunny terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine and the view over the hills of Burgundy until late in the summer. From the bedroom, hallway and kitchen double doors open directly onto the terrace. There is a second terrace on the other side of the cottage, near the garden. Here there is shade, so you can be outside even on very hot days, but not necessarily in full sun. You can park your car near the gîte and your bike or motorcycle can be stored dry in the spacious barns of Domaine de Savigny.
Furthermore, you can enjoy the park garden surrounding the Domaine de Savigny. Take a stroll through the park garden, or sit in the orchard, by the pond or just somewhere among the old trees in the grass….
Price is 90€ per night, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Compulsory cleaning fee 45€ per stay.
Bringing a dog on vacation costs 15€ per dog per stay, maximum 2.
Tourist tax Communauté Coeur de Nivernais (ccacn.taxesejour.fr), amounts to 3.5% of the rent.
